Job Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- familiarity with food service operations in a café or retail setting is beneficial
- strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
- time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
- ability to lift, push/pull, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds
- basic knowledge is required in both written and spoken English
Job Qualifications

- food handler certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items with precision and care
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including cleaning dining tables and equipment
- assist with daily tasks including restocking, inventory, and general café upkeep
- ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food handling and preparation
- provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality
- assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, pastries, and supplies
- report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager
