Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to work
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service to create an amazing experience
- Operate coffee and espresso equipment efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
