Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Organize opening and closing tasks such as arranging provisions and necessary instruments
- clean equipment and work areas thoroughly
- secure doors and premises at closing
- restock and maintain work areas
- enter customer orders in the MICROS point-of-sale system
- prepare food and coffee beverages
- ensure timely operation of appliances like coffee machines
- clean tables and café cart areas regularly
- maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
- manage cash registers, compute cash at the end of shifts, complete designated cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, issue receipts and secure the cash register
- follow company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries promptly
- maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- respect and support colleagues ensuring teamwork
- adhere to quality assurance standards
- perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 25 pounds, standing or walking for long periods, and maneuvering in confined spaces
- greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
