This full-time Barista position is located at American Express, 115 West Towne Ridge Parkway, Sandy, UT 84070. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with full-time hours that provide consistent employment and an opportunity to join a dynamic foodservice team. The hourly pay range for this role is between $17.00 and $18.00. As a barista, the incumbent will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks along with related food and beverage items. This role requires handling food items adhering strictly to HACCP standards to ensure food safety and quality. The Barista will interact with customers and team members in a courteous and friendly manner, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in the service area and equipment. Key tasks include accurately taking orders, handling payments, replenishing supplies, and presenting food and beverages attractively. Additionally, the barista will support a positive customer experience by providing clear explanations of menu items and assisting customers in their purchasing decisions.
