Job Requirements

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality products, cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers including responding to customer needs through communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Engage with and understand customers, discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, store safety, and security
- Perform various store tasks during each shift
- Support team members and collaborate effectively as part of the store team
- Ensure quality beverages and food products are served
