Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Customer service related work experience
Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory control systems
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
Ability to occasionally lift/move 50 pounds
Open availability for varying shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Customer service related work experience
Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards, and inventory control systems
Starbucks Barista certification may be required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to varying schedules

Job Duties

Greet all guests and provide quick, friendly, and personalized service
Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks, considering customer specifications
Maintain good customer relations and ensure speedy delivery of all beverages and food items
Educate guests about menu offerings and initiate suggestive selling
Arrange coffee bar/cart supplies and cups/mugs to create attractive displays
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, and preparation spaces regularly
Record all sales, collect money, operate cash register, and follow cash-handling procedures
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
