The position demands adherence to all company safety, security policies, and maintaining high standards in personal appearance and guest interaction.
Associates in this role play a vital part in upholding JW Marriott's commitment to hospitality excellence. They are expected to provide welcoming and attentive service to guests, anticipate and address guest needs including assistance to individuals with disabilities, and maintain professionalism in communication and teamwork. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and maneuvering in various work environments. The job fosters a culture of safety, quality expectation adherence, and cooperative team effort to achieve common goals. Prior experience is not required, making this role an excellent stepping stone for individuals seeking to begin a career in hospitality with one of the most respected international hotel brands.
