This position is with a franchisee of Scooter's Coffee located at 1675 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC. As a franchisee-operated location under SAS Coffee Herlong LLC, the terms of employment such as wage and benefits will be set by the independent franchise owner. The starting pay ranges between $11 and $13 per hour, reflecting a competitive entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in working within the specialty coffee industry. The primary responsibility of this barista role is to provide excellent customer service by greeting and connecting with each customer warmly and personally. The role also requires proficiency in operating and maintaining the cleanliness of store equipment to ensure a smooth and sanitary work environment. Managing cash drawers with accuracy and following proper procedures is part of the everyday duties. Maintaining overall store cleanliness and organization plays a significant role in enhancing the customer experience. Additionally, the barista will ensure efficient workflow by restocking workstations, food items, and supplies promptly.
