Job Requirements
- Minimum availability of 15 hours per week
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have current Food Handlers Certification if applicable
- Ability to work a flexible, changing schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Be punctual and follow appearance guidelines
- Ability to work at any shop within the operator's territory as needed

Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks according to Dutch Bros standards exactly as ordered
- Engage customers and provide a welcoming experience by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Educate customers about menu items, products, and current specials to help them get exactly what they want
- Maintain punctuality, follow appearance guidelines, and be ready to serve customers
- Keep the shop clean and maintain an excellent atmosphere including appropriate music volume and content
- Attend mandatory meetings, know resources, and follow company policies as outlined in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
