The Barista role at Shamin Hotels is a pivotal position within the Food and Beverage department, reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager. This hourly-paid position involves creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel's cafe or coffee shop by preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks. The Barista is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring beverage quality and consistency, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Job Qualifications
