Job Requirements

Works a flexible schedule
Works a minimum of three shifts per week
Follows company procedure for communicating time off requests
Regularly works necessary shifts including weekends
Available to work holidays if necessary

Job Qualifications

Ability to create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to five minutes
Ability to work carefully and quickly with hot liquids, glass bottles, and dairy products
Capability to work outdoors for extended periods, regardless of weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand comfortably for hours
Capability to climb ladders and use step ladders safely
Ability to perform physical movements such as standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting for stocking and cleaning tasks
Ability to safely navigate between and around cars in a drive-thru line
Competency in using a utility knife safely

Job Duties

Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and accurately enter them into the point of sale system
Collect payments and correctly provide change to customers
Prepare all drinks and premixes according to established recipes
Maintain a sense of urgency while serving customers to ensure prompt service
Stay productive and proactive throughout the shift, even during slow times
Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and positive body language
Know the menu and drink offerings thoroughly and provide helpful suggestions to customers
Dress appropriately and bring their best self to work every day
Execute shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores as needed
Clock in and be ready at their assigned position at the start of their shift
Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following sanitation and safety standards
