Job Duties
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly, professional manner
- prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas and smoothies
- follow health and safety standards for food preparation and service
- maintain a clean, organized and stocked work station
- accept payment and provide change as needed
- maintain knowledge of menu items and respond to customer questions
- take inventory of supplies and order when necessary
- follow all store policies and procedures
- perform opening and closing duties as needed
