Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks quickly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Provide excellent customer service to meet guest needs
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
- Handle cash and tips responsibly at the end of shifts
- Participate actively in training sessions and learn coffee preparation techniques
