Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certificate required
- TABC required
- Minimum one year experience as a cashier
- Must speak, read, and understand English fluently
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move approximately 15 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach daily
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and fine motor skills
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to establish high levels of customer service
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to read and write effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certificate required
- TABC certification required
- Minimum one year experience as a cashier
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and specialty drinks
- Take orders and serve baked goods and sandwiches
- Describe menu items to guests and suggest appealing products
- Order, receive, and stock supplies or retail products
- Provide room service for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store including the counter area and pastry displays
- Operate point of sale equipment and manage cash handling accurately
