Job Duties
- provides excellent guest service while making quality, hand-crafted beverages
- responsible for educating guests about premium coffees, teas, gelatos, and menu items
- prepares and sells coffee drinks, such as espresso, café latte, and cappuccino, by following recipes and preparation techniques
- operates electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for transaction payments
- delivers guest orders
- ensures guest satisfaction through food quality checks and responds to guest complaints
- maintains equipment by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and performing cleaning and preventive maintenance
- ensures a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases, shelves, and displays clean and well stocked, while continuously checking and ensuring freshness and quality of products
- maintains a clean and welcoming dining room with attention to detail, sanitation, and safety
- performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
- maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters
