Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or coffee shop environment preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to change
Job Qualifications
- employees are required to complete any and all training material provided to ensure full understanding of our menu and deliver excellent customer service
- employees are regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as reaching kneeling and climbing stairs to storage areas
- employees are also required to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs coffee bags milk crates paper goods etc
Job Duties
- create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers
- prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages including latte art
- bake delicious scones muffins cookies and pastries fresh daily
- maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks
- have an open mind to learning new things and embracing change
- open to learning new things
