A strong emphasis is placed on food safety and cleanliness, with the expectation that you will diligently complete delegated tasks to uphold these standards.

The Barista role also promotes a culture of learning and flexibility. An openness to learning new things and adapting to changing circumstances is crucial for success. Gregorys Coffee encourages internal promotions and growth within the company, making this an ideal position for individuals seeking a career in the specialty coffee industry. Among the benefits offered are weekly paydays, sick pay, family leave, holiday overtime pay, paid in-store training, travel and commuter reimbursement, and access to a 50 percent discount on selected products such as coffee bags, grab-and-go items, hot food, and merchandise. Free coffee and tea beverages alongside freshly baked goods are perks that enhance the overall employee experience.

Working at Gregorys Coffee means becoming part of a company that values diversity, inclusivity, and a laid-back culture. The company has a strict no-tolerance policy toward discrimination and harassment to ensure a positive and supportive work environment. Employees are expected to stand and move for extended periods, handle moderate lifting, and participate in the continuous learning process essential to deliver excellent customer service and maintain the premium reputation of Gregorys Coffee.
