Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to prepare coffee and espresso drinks
customer service experience preferred
knowledge of HACCP food safety guidelines
ability to handle cash and operate POS
strong communication skills
ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
availability to work flexible hours
must be friendly and customer-oriented

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in coffee preparation or customer service preferred
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to operate point-of-sale systems
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes
enters orders accurately into point-of-sale device
accepts cash and charge payments
replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards
maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils
cleans workstation and equipment thoroughly
greets customers courteously and ensures customer satisfaction
communicates customer concerns to supervisors
serves customers efficiently to prevent delays
explains menu items accurately to customers
advocates selling techniques and assists customer purchasing decisions
merchandises display foods attractively
serves food neatly and attractively
may serve alcoholic beverages while maintaining required certifications
performs other duties as assigned
