Job Requirements
- no formal education required
- willingness to learn specialty coffee preparation and baking
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- employees are required to complete any and all training material provided to ensure full understanding of our menu and deliver excellent customer service
- employees are regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as reaching, kneeling, and climbing stairs to storage areas
- employees are also required to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs such as coffee bags, milk crates, paper goods
Job Duties
- create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers
- prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages including latte art
- bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily
- maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks
