Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Passionate about coffee with a strong work ethic and desire to grow with the company
  • Ability to stand for 6 or more hours per shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Hand dexterity for tasks such as writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, and shaking
  • Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
  • Pass a 90-day probationary period
  • Attend occasional meetings at corporate office

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to work on your feet and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to communicate with confidence, transparency, and integrity
  • A positive and pleasant attitude
  • Ability to listen and follow instructions and take critical feedback
  • Basic computer skills and aptitude for technology
  • Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Availability to work peak hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handlers Card

Job Duties

  • Educating customers on beverage menus and taking orders
  • Greeting all customers as they arrive
  • Performing day-to-day operations of the coffee stand
  • Keeping the bar area and stand clean
  • Reporting maintenance needs
  • Maintaining quality control of products
  • Handling cash and operating POS systems
  • Complying with health and safety regulations
  • Completing financial reporting per shift
  • Working independently or with others
  • Providing excellent customer service and solving customer challenges
  • Communicating customer feedback to managers
  • Participating respectfully with co-workers and management
  • Staying knowledgeable about products
  • Consistently preparing high-quality beverages
