Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Passionate about coffee with a strong work ethic and desire to grow with the company
- Ability to stand for 6 or more hours per shift
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel as needed
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Hand dexterity for tasks such as writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, and shaking
- Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Pass a 90-day probationary period
- Attend occasional meetings at corporate office

- Must be able to work on your feet and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to communicate with confidence, transparency, and integrity
- A positive and pleasant attitude
- Ability to listen and follow instructions and take critical feedback
- Basic computer skills and aptitude for technology
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Availability to work peak hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handlers Card
Job Duties
- Educating customers on beverage menus and taking orders
- Greeting all customers as they arrive
- Performing day-to-day operations of the coffee stand
- Keeping the bar area and stand clean
- Reporting maintenance needs
- Maintaining quality control of products
- Handling cash and operating POS systems
- Complying with health and safety regulations
- Completing financial reporting per shift
- Working independently or with others
- Providing excellent customer service and solving customer challenges
- Communicating customer feedback to managers
- Participating respectfully with co-workers and management
- Staying knowledgeable about products
- Consistently preparing high-quality beverages
