We are currently seeking passionate and skilled baristas who excel at delivering a craft coffee experience with precision and care. This role requires an individual who takes pride in being a coffee artist, someone who educates customers about the rich and diverse world of craft coffee, and expertly crafts beverages that meet high standards with perfect execution and beautiful latte art. The role involves much more than just making coffee; it’s about connecting with customers through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for coffee culture. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly as they enter, accurately taking orders while noting customer preferences such as light or dark roasts and dairy or non-dairy options, preparing beverages according to strict recipes, serving drinks and food items, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness and stock in the work area, and ensuring all brewing equipment operates effectively. The barista also plays a key role in upholding health and safety standards, communicating customer feedback to management, and suggesting new menu items to enhance the overall guest experience.

This position requires enthusiasm for working in a busy, high-energy atmosphere, with flexibility regarding hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs. Ideal candidates demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond professional expectations. Essential skills include previous experience in similar roles such as barista or waiter/waitress, familiarity with brewing equipment, knowledge of sanitation regulations, strong math skills, excellent communication, and the ability to pay close attention to detail. Physical demands include repetitive hand and arm motion, frequent lifting of items up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and the stamina to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
