Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, acai bowls, toasts, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems such as Square POS to process transactions accurately
- Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service and answering questions about menu items
- Handle credit card transactions and cash handling procedures efficiently and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food preparation stations, seating areas, and equipment
- Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety
- Assist with food preparation and serving items as needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without sacrificing quality
