Job Requirements

Reliable commute or planning to relocate to Taylor MI before starting work
Ability to work full-time or part-time hours
Availability for all shifts including 4 hour and 8 hour shifts
At least 1 year of guest services experience preferred
At least 1 year of barista experience preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in barista or customer service roles preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for coffee and commitment to quality
Team player with a positive attitude
