Job Requirements
- Positive energy and readiness to assist fellow support staff
- At least one year of barista or similar experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
- Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Constant standing and walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Duties
- Create, prepare, and serve the coffee beverages based on recipes and record drink orders accurately
- Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar, accept and process guest payment, and report cash and credit card gratuities received to comply with IRS standards of reporting income
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including coffee station and bar tops, wash and sterilize glassware, set up and breakdown all bar items
- Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies and report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager
