Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature and ingredient substitutions
- Engage with and understand customers to respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Ensure quality beverages and food products are provided meeting store operating policies and standards
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift including cleaning and restocking
- Work effectively as part of a team to create a welcoming environment
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
