Job Duties

Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature and ingredient substitutions
Engage with and understand customers to respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
Ensure quality beverages and food products are provided meeting store operating policies and standards
Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift including cleaning and restocking
Work effectively as part of a team to create a welcoming environment
Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
