We are currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Baristas. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $20.00, with shifts starting early in the morning at 3:00 a.m., making it ideal for dedicated individuals who thrive in an early-shift, energetic environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for greeting guests, accurately processing orders through the POS system, handling payments, and ensuring the timely delivery of cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as an array of food items. Adherence to recipes and portion control is essential to maintain consistency and quality in our offerings. The role also involves conducting opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as part of daily operations and maintaining cleanliness standards as directed by supervisors, ensuring compliance with health standards.
