This opportunity is with a franchisee of Scooter's Coffee, specifically for a new and upcoming store located at 1935 Battlefield Pkwy, Fort O., Georgia. The position available is for a Barista, a pivotal role dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience through fast, friendly service and consistently high-quality coffee and other products. The hourly pay ranges from $12 to $13.50, inclusive of tips, highlighting the company’s competitive compensation package. Full-time employees are eligible for free health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, adding to the overall appeal of the role. The job requires weekend availability, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, with store operating hours from 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

As a Barista at Scooter’s Coffee, you will be the face of the brand, responsible not only for executing drinks and food orders with precision but also for creating memorable connections with customers. You will greet customers warmly, assist in answering their questions about products, and use suggestive selling techniques to promote gift cards, merchandise, and additional items.
