Job Requirements

Flexible work schedule including early mornings and late nights

Job Qualifications

Ability to create and maintain genuine uplifting interactions
ability to work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
ability to work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather
ability to lift up to 50lbs
ability to work on feet for hours at a time
ability to climb and use a stepladder
ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary for stocking and cleaning
ability to safely walk between and around cars in the drive-thru line
ability to safely use a utility knife

Job Duties

Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key them into the point-of-sale system
collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to the customer
prepare all drinks and premixes
move with urgency on the customers time
stay productive and proactive throughout the entire shift
make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and warm smiles
know the menu and drink customizations inside and out and offer suggestions and recommendations when appropriate
