Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks consistently and to standard
  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service

  • Open and close the coffee bar, ensuring proper setup, cleaning, restocking, and equipment security
  • Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries when front-of-house staff are unavailable
  • Monitor stock and communicate supply needs to General Manager
  • Handle cash, card transactions, and reconcile the register as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar, seating area, and work environment
  • Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with brewery staff to support overall guest experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned
