Job Requirements
- Stand and move for extended periods up to 8 hours
- Lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and manual operation of equipment
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista or specialty coffee experience a strong plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Basic math skills and POS system experience
- Must be available to work Monday-Saturday between 7am-3pm
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks consistently and to standard
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including grinders and espresso machines
- Open and close the coffee bar, ensuring proper setup, cleaning, restocking, and equipment security
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries when front-of-house staff are unavailable
- Monitor stock and communicate supply needs to General Manager
- Handle cash, card transactions, and reconcile the register as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, seating area, and work environment
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with brewery staff to support overall guest experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
