Currently, Highwire Coffee Roasters is urgently seeking enthusiastic and friendly Baristas to join their team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about coffee and hospitality, eager to learn, and thrive in fast-paced, social environments. While prior coffee experience is a bonus, it is not required, as comprehensive training is provided to help new team members master the art of coffee crafting and deliver outstanding service. Baristas at Highwire are expected to craft and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages with care and precision while creating welcoming and authentic connections with guests to ensure memorable experiences. Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and upholding operational and hospitality standards are key responsibilities in this role. The position offers competitive compensation starting at $18.67 per hour plus tips, with total earnings often ranging between $28 to $32 per hour.
