Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- Availability to work full-time or part-time including weekends holidays and day shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques and company standards
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus but not required
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the coffee industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Craft and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages with precision and care
- Welcome and connect with guests in an authentic and meaningful way ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient workspace even during peak hours
- Uphold Highwire's standards for operational excellence and hospitality
