This particular opportunity is with a franchisee of Scooter's Coffee located at 3515 E State St, Rockford, IL. As a franchise-operated location, employment terms including wages and benefits are set by the independent franchise owner. Currently, the franchisee is looking to fill four open barista positions ahead of the busy summer season: two daytime morning shifts and two afternoon/closing shifts. Weekend availability is required for all baristas due to peak customer demand during these times. Successful candidates will participate in an initial intensive four-day training program at the Machesney Park location, which provides comprehensive instruction on the company’s standards, coffee preparation techniques, customer service skills, and store operations. After this foundational training, continued on-site training is completed at the Rockford location to ensure smooth integration and confidence in the role.
