Job Requirements
- ability to work weekends
- availability for morning or afternoon/closing shifts
- completion of four-day initial training program
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- adherence to company policies and values
- age minimum 18 years
- legal right to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- basic math and cash handling skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- enthusiasm for coffee and customer service
- team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee and specialty drinks
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
- operate the cash register and handle transactions
- stock and replenish inventory
- follow health and safety guidelines
- participate in training and team meetings
