Job Duties
- Craft high quality coffee and espresso beverages with precision and consistency
- Deliver exceptional guest interactions from order to follow up
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm
- Upsell and recommend in a natural and personalized way
- Maintain a clean, organized, and high standard workspace
- Support your team and bring positive energy to every shift
- Participate in role-play auditions and guest interaction training
