Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety procedures with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers to respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications

- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

- Ability to build relationships with customers and coworkers
Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products following standard recipes and customized orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring store safety and security
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipe modifications such as temperature or ingredient changes
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support smooth operations
