Job Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions including heat and cold
Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive motion
Flexibility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
Passion for coffee, tea, and hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Commitment to the company’s core values of friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork, and honesty

Job Duties

Be a warm host guide guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
Create coffee moments share your knowledge our coffee and our sustainability practices with guests
Be a coffee and tea expert share passion and trained knowledge with guests
Generate new guests through excellent service and community engagement
Care about safety prioritize safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
Contribute by maintaining store tidiness organizing stock innovating new ways to do tasks
Take initiative with tasks ideas and add to overall store success
