The current opportunity is for the position of a Barista, a key role in bringing the company’s passion and values directly to its guests. As a Barista, you will cultivate memorable guest experiences by expertly preparing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages. The role involves engaging with customers, sharing knowledge about the coffee and tea offerings, and promoting the company’s commitment to sustainability. Training is provided to ensure each Barista becomes a coffee and tea expert, ready to educate guests and foster their appreciation for the brand.

Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions including heat and cold
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive motion
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee, tea, and hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
