Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior barista or customer service experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee beverages
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Willingness to learn and stay updated on coffee trends

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos, to customers in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in beverage preparation, following company standards and recipes
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders and answering any questions they may have
Ensure the coffee bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, including restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
Take and process customer payments accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, especially during busy periods
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
