Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior barista or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos, to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in beverage preparation, following company standards and recipes
  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders and answering any questions they may have
  • Ensure the coffee bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, including restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Take and process customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, especially during busy periods
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
