Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service honoring each and every customer
- Educate customers about premium coffees and teas
- Fulfill additional duties assigned by Cafe Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader
- Display a positive attitude at all times to ensure customer return
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrate enthusiastic work ethic
- Build strong relationships with customers and coworkers
