Job Requirements

Availability to work around peak hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Experience as a barista strongly preferred
Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
Exceptional listening and communication skills
A polite, engaging personality
Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to the service manual
Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned
Answer any guest questions about the menu or beverages
Operate the electronic cash register and MICROS P.O.S. system
Anticipate customer and Library needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customer for cues
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
