Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages such as lattes cappuccinos and espressos
Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
Operate the Point of Sale POS system to process transactions accurately
Prepare and serve food items such as pastries and sandwiches
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
