Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly take orders accurately and ensure a positive guest experience
Prepare and serve espresso drinks brewed coffee teas smoothies and other menu items according to company recipes and presentation standards
Operate coffee machines grinders blenders and POS systems
Maintain cleanliness of workstations seating areas and equipment throughout the shift
Restock supplies cups and condiments as needed
Follow all food safety sanitation and hygiene procedures
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately balance drawer at shift end if required
Assist with inventory and communicate stock shortages to management
Contribute to a team-oriented professional and friendly environment
Uphold brand standards and promote new products or seasonal offerings
