Job Description

At REVERB by Hard Rock, a brand under HVMG, music and hospitality merge to offer guests more than just a place to stay; they provide a vibrant atmosphere where community and culture converge. HVMG's core value, the Be Excellent culture, is deeply ingrained in every aspect of the business, from the corporate office to field operations, reflecting a workplace environment that encourages growth, professionalism, and a dedication to service. This company prides itself on career advancement opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment where every associate's contribution is valued. Employees are encouraged to take control of their career paths with the potential to rise from entry-level positions to executive leadership roles, demonstrating the company's commitment to internal growth and development. HVMG also emphasizes equality and inclusivity in the workplace, ensuring a discrimination-free environment and equal access to benefits and training for all employees.

The Barista role at HVMG is essential in creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests by preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages swiftly and accurately. This role suits individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service with warmth and professionalism. Baristas at HVMG are responsible for operating coffee and espresso machines, maintaining cleanliness and organization of their workstations, and engaging guests with a friendly demeanor. The position demands flexibility in working hours, including mornings starting between 6 am and 7 am from Monday through Wednesday and potentially other shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants need not meet specific educational prerequisites but should have prior experience in a similar or related role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as needed, with accommodations available. Success in this role is also dependent on possessing a warm, professional attitude that embodies HVMG's Culture of Excellence and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Additionally, HVMG supports its associates with various benefits such as paid time off, healthcare coverage, a 401(k) plan with a guaranteed match, exclusive discounts, and access to wage advances, illustrating its commitment to employee well-being and job satisfaction.
