We are currently seeking a passionate and people-centric Barista to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine love for coffee. The Barista will be the first face our guests see every morning, responsible for preparing and serving a variety of espresso drinks, pour-overs, cold brews, and specialty beverages crafted to exacting standards. This position requires someone who takes pride in their craft, is eager to share their knowledge with customers, and can efficiently manage high-volume rushes with a warm and professional demeanor.

This job offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $15.00 to $18.00, alongside flexible scheduling that includes weekday mornings, weekends, and event shifts. Paid training is provided to ensure every team member is confident in their role and familiar with our standards of quality and service. Our baristas operate state-of-the-art equipment and POS systems, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
