The Barista position at Sodexo, located at SSM Health St Marys Hospital in Madison, offers a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour. In this role, you will be an essential part of the Sodexo team, tasked with delivering exceptional customer service by preparing and serving high-quality, handcrafted beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks tailored to customer preferences. This role is not just about beverage preparation; it is about creating a friendly and welcoming environment for guests through quick, personalized service and maintaining excellent customer relations. You will manage coffee bar supplies, ensure cleanliness of preparation areas, and handle all cash transactions precisely. Physical stamina is required as the role involves standing or walking for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 35 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
