Job Requirements

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
Knowledge of healthy ingredients, and health benefits is an advantage
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling and point-of-sale transactions
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy juicing equipment or supplies

Job Duties

Prepare and serve fresh produce, juices, smoothies, and bowls according to established recipes and quality standards
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, offering recommendations, and addressing inquiries
Operate equipment and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensils
Restock ingredients and supplies and perform routine maintenance equipment
Complete standard checks such as temperatures of equipment
Educate customers about the health benefits of Pure Raw Juice products and promote new products or seasonal offerings
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with coworkers and management
Required to be able to lift heavy boxes that could be up to 50lbs
