Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Food service experience preferred
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of procedures relating to high volume
- Understanding of product rotation and cost factors
- Ability to multi-task and perform with excellence
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Able to push 75 lbs
- Must be able to stand for a minimum of eight hours per day
- Physical ability to push, pull, bend, stand, and stoop
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in high noise and normal food service environment
- Overtime availability especially on weekends
- Adherence to religious doctrines upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland
- Ability to work well with others as a team
- Good attendance record
- Considerable diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with people of all cultures

Job Duties
- Serve customers and provide consistent quality customer service
- Assist in organizing and cleaning
- Set up and maintain Gloria Jean's product in stocked areas
- Work with Head Chef to provide customers with the best product and customer service
- Keep track of registers and daily totals of all in-house billing
