Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Must complete Food Handling Certification when required
- Must follow dress code requirements
- Capable of physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment (PPE) if required
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred
- Barista experience is preferred but not required
- Basic math and counting skills are required
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Must be able to read, communicate in English, and follow recipes
- Must complete Food Handling Certification as required
- Must follow required dress code as assigned
- Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required
Job Duties
- Accurately operate a register/POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs to ensure a positive experience
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following brand standards
- Prepare and serve food items according to location standards
- Organize and balance cash drawer, fill out cashier slip, and make deposits
- Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
- Set up and break down coffee bar, stations, or store, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment
- Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, serviceware, and condiments
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food and drink preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
