Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to work full-time hours
Must be punctual and reliable
Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Must have the ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
Must possess food handling certification or be willing to obtain it
Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Must be able to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is preferred
Previous cash handling experience is preferred
Barista experience is preferred but not required
Basic math and counting skills are required
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Must be able to read, communicate in English, and follow recipes
Must complete Food Handling Certification as required
Must follow required dress code as assigned
Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required

Job Duties

Accurately operate a register/POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions
Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs to ensure a positive experience
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following brand standards
Prepare and serve food items according to location standards
Organize and balance cash drawer, fill out cashier slip, and make deposits
Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
Set up and break down coffee bar, stations, or store, ensuring cleanliness and organization
