Job Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in a Food and Beverage outlet
Experience in cash handling
Prior Barista experience preferred
Exceptional friendliness and customer focus
Positive and accommodating demeanor
Professional appearance and dress at all times

Job Duties

Prepare beverages as requested by customers or servers, adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure proper proportions and ingredient control, delivering a consistent product
Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure maximum efficiency
Set up the bar and back bar following established procedures
Respond swiftly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Perform pre- and post-shift duties, including stocking the service station and making coffee
