Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- one year food handling experience preferred
- ability to lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- frequent kneeling, bending, and stooping
- ability to climb ladders to stock merchandise in high locations
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be available to work a schedule that meets business needs

Job Duties
- Delivers exceptional guest service through personal contact with guests
- processes register transactions according to company policies
- ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding tobacco, alcohol, and lottery sales including carding guests
- satisfies all local health requirements related to food handling
- assists in the production, preparation, packaging, and serving of food and beverages
- assists in receiving and stocking procedures
- unloads merchandise from trucks
- checks in shipments
- stages merchandise for the sales floor
- stocks all store areas including beverage coolers
- ensures all items are within date code with proper rotation
- prepares product according to recipe and quantity standards
- recovers and faces merchandise to company standards
- ensures accurate ticketing and signing of store food items
- executes corporate directed line checks, closing checklists, readiness reports
- maintains a neat, clean, organized, and debris-free restaurant
- performs janitorial tasks including cleaning floors, windows, work areas, and equipment
- ensures compliance with dress code as per employee handbook
- performs other duties as assigned by store leadership
- reports to work on time and in uniform for scheduled hours
