Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
one year food handling experience preferred
ability to lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
frequent kneeling, bending, and stooping
ability to climb ladders to stock merchandise in high locations
ability to stand for extended periods
must be available to work a schedule that meets business needs
bring positive energy to the team

Job Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to read a computer monitor and understand basic POS functions
ability to multitask
ability to maintain composure under pressure
one year of food handling experience preferred
high school diploma preferred

Job Duties

Delivers exceptional guest service through personal contact with guests
processes register transactions according to company policies
ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding tobacco, alcohol, and lottery sales including carding guests
satisfies all local health requirements related to food handling
assists in the production, preparation, packaging, and serving of food and beverages
assists in receiving and stocking procedures
unloads merchandise from trucks
checks in shipments
stages merchandise for the sales floor
stocks all store areas including beverage coolers
ensures all items are within date code with proper rotation
prepares product according to recipe and quantity standards
recovers and faces merchandise to company standards
ensures accurate ticketing and signing of store food items
executes corporate directed line checks, closing checklists, readiness reports
maintains a neat, clean, organized, and debris-free restaurant
performs janitorial tasks including cleaning floors, windows, work areas, and equipment
ensures compliance with dress code as per employee handbook
performs other duties as assigned by store leadership
reports to work on time and in uniform for scheduled hours
