The experienced Barista role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso, and a variety of other beverages in fast-paced, customer-centric environments such as cafes, hotels, corporate events, universities, and more. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of one year of barista experience in a café or busy food service setting and possess strong multitasking and customer interaction skills. The position also demands reliable transportation as assignments occur at multiple client locations across a broad geographic area that includes Los Angeles, Malibu, Long Beach, Torrance, Santa Monica, Burbank, and many more cities within Los Angeles County. To maintain a professional appearance, employees will wear a uniform consisting of a black or white shirt, black pants, and closed-toe non-slip shoes.
