Minimum two years barista experience
experience in third wave coffee culture
flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and special events
ability to work positively and collaboratively

passion for quality and coffee

Job Duties

Create and serve the full beverage menu while upholding maman beverage standards
work with top of the industry equipment and high quality, locally roasted coffee
manage time effectively and multitask efficiently without compromising quality
craft beautiful and artistic espresso beverages
communicate specials of the season and encourage guests to try best selling items
foster relationships with regulars through warm hospitality and impeccable service
make decisions to ensure happiness for guests, team, and company while maximizing profitability
maintain a clean and organized barista station
investigate and resolve guest concerns
assist with restocking at the end of shifts
