Job Duties
- Prepare McCafé beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, frappes, smoothies, and specialty beverages in accordance with McDonald's standards
- Follow all recipes, build cards, and preparation procedures to ensure consistent product quality
- Greet customers warmly and provide quick, accurate service
- Maintain service speed while ensuring beverage quality and presentation
- Keep the beverage station clean, stocked, and organized
- Monitor product levels and restock cups, syrups, milk, and other supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely and correctly
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with other restaurant duties as needed to support the team
